I finally finished this painting for a friend, and a day before his birthday as well! 
I spent a crap ton of time on this, and i think it turned out really well. He seemed to really like it too, so that's good. One thing i noticed when i was almost done with the painting, is that the moon didn't have it's face!! DX I didn't want to change it though. (The character is Maka Albarn from Soul Eater, and in that anime the sun and moon have wacky faces).
That's the face. That i didn't add in.
Hopefully no Soul Eater fans are offended.
I used a background and pose reference on this too.... Anyways, what do you think?

I love her. x3 I remember at Anime Con, summer, when the weather was very hot, there was a very good Maka cosplayer, and I wondered how she didn't boil. o.o
